The article, by Patrick Thomas, begins on the front page of today's paper, Thursday, February 29 (29!) and continues on page 5 under the headline, "N.Y. Targets Meatpacker on Climate." It opens: "New York’s top lawyer filed a lawsuit accusing JBS JBSAY 3.10%increase; green up pointing triangle, the world’s largest meatpacker, of lying about its impact on the environment to win over climate-conscious customers.
